SOLUTION// the new multi family development of attached townhouse to be for rent in Downey responds to a tough neighborhood and zoning requirements. CEDG is providing full architecture and landscape services. With a tight budget in mind, and strict zoning requirement we've used a minimal pallet, maximized natural lighting with a 'push + pull' effect of the facade that helps maximize space and privacy.

SOLUTION// CEDG was hired to provide full architecture, landscape, + build services. with sustainable construction methods, a strict budget, and a fast construction time as mandatory parameters, CEDG used containers as a solution. shipping containers were stacked to creat the structure, eliminating cost and speeding up the delivery process. a minimal pallet and open plan respond to a beautiful flag pole site. it's a hidden gem within the suburban context.

SOLUTION// the new single family development is to fit comfortably within a vacant site. CEDG is providing design + build + landscape services with our regenerative design concept that will result in a beautiful new home for the Pabst family to enjoy, complete with straw bale walls, a butterfly roof, and high vaulted ceilings. With a tight budget in mind, we've used a minimal pallet and scope toward a solution that naturally blends into the context.
