Founded in 1978, CEDG is a full service Architecture, Construction, and Landscape incorporation.  We are a small studio of design professionals dedicated to creating a better built environment for all of us to enjoy and deepen our ties to the natural environment. 

Our work is always a proactive investigation into the appropriate biophilic and vernacular solution while responding to the site elements on three levels; (1) client programming + site specificity (2) surrounding community and city and (3) contemporary culture.  We love what we do and work tirelessly to build a practice of giving back to each site, community, and environment with a focus toward our clients vision.

With over 30 years of professional experience, CEDG has built over 1,000 projects.  Our diverse portfolio includes projects from custom residential, to transit oriented mixed use developments, to schools, to tenant improvements.  We have a vast amount of experience in helping the built environment be realized and look forward to every project no matter the scope.

Our philosophy is simple:  Dot:Line:Space.  We start with a simple idea and a quick pen to paper parti processing that is continued with an intuition grounded in realism; ideas form lines and then space.  CEDG projects evolve with time and are a solution to a problem proposed by our client with the parameters of a site and program.  We listen, learn, and create with a deep level of pragmatism, yearning exploration, and respect for the environment.  Our projects work with its particular complexities to give shape to the solution.
